For years, I have built custom programs privately. Lead systems that answer and follow up on every inquiry. Quoting tools like RoofCalc, which turns a roofing estimate into a few minutes of work. Internal tools that take a manual process off a team's plate.
Every client came by referral. There was no public intake and no marketing. That is why you have not seen much of Lead Tools in public, and it was on purpose.

Why open now
The build process is now tight enough to take on outside clients without breaking the standard. Every build follows the same path: a free audit, a written Program Map, a fixed $7,500 price, and delivery in 4 weeks.
Because one builder does the work, the number of build slots is limited. I am accepting a small number of new clients. When the current build calendar fills, intake closes.
